Service Manager

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager to oversee the delivery of exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of service professionals, ensuring that all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely and efficient manner, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. They will also come with wide-format printing experience, in Roland DG products preferably.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage technical services staff
  • Ensure that members of staff are attending to their daily tasks as outlined in their respective job descriptions and meet their agreed KPIs.
  • Managing and overseeing service delivery in-house or on-site;
  • Providing technical and service support to partners and end users;
  • Managing of customer technical needs;
  • Overseeing service agents’ activities; Spare parts inventory control advice; liaise with RDG Japan on technical and strategic service issues;
  • Warranty spare parts credit approval;
  • Overall overseeing of the service activities and services provided;
  • Review and analyse internal service processes;
  • Provide strategic advice on service and warranty programmes;
  • Budget preparation, tracking and Targets;
  • Management of ongoing team training requirements and certification in accordance with Japanese KPI’s

Qualifications:

  • Management skillsets with the ability to manage internal and external personnel
  • Degree or similar in technical fields or relevant commercial or practical experience, with relevant Roland DG solutions knowledge desirable
  • Knowledge of Electrical circuitry and or relevant certifications for working with 120+ volts
  • 2+ years wide-format Printer experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a service management role
  • Technical organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership and management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

About the Role

We are seeking a Sales and Technical Specialist to join our dynamic team, focusing on sales, technical service, and support for our innovative Dental products, You will work within the Oceania region, delivering exceptional support to both end-users and our dealer distribution network.

This role is ideal for a dedicated professional with experience in sales and technical support within industries such as dental milling, 3D Equipment industry, or related fields. A strong focus on customer service, training, and solutions-based problem-solving is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide sales, technical service, and phone/in-person/remote support for products across Oceania.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality training to dealers and end-users.
  • Conduct installations, evaluations, and assessments.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of service activities, customer interactions, and CRM data.
  • Support product launches, tradeshows, dealer events, and education sessions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and drive growth.

What we are looking for

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A background in technical sales and or support, in dental milling, 3D Equipment industry, or similar fields.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges, e.g. IT systems, hardware troubleshooting, and CRM Platforms; Salesforce advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills to deliver clear technical advice and training.
  • Flexibility to travel regionally and interstate as required.
  • A valid Australian Driver’s License.
  • Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship.

Key Responsibilities

Management Accountant

About the Role

Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with a passion for accuracy and strategic financial insights? Join our team as a Management Accountant and play a crucial role in supporting business decision-making with your expertise.

As a Management Accountant, you will assist the management team in making informed financial decisions. Your responsibilities will include analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and offering insights and recommendations to help the organization maintain financial health.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and year-end close.
  • Oversee daily accounting operations, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
  • Monitor finance department activities to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Manage the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings
  • Support the CFO and Managing Director in budgeting, forecasting, and audit activities.
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial alignment and efficiency.
  • Continuously improve financial procedures and workflows for better accuracy and efficiency.

What we are looking for

To succeed in this role, you should have:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA or CMA certification preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a management accounting role.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP or similar ERP software preferred.
  • Prior experience in a global organization reporting to an overseas head office is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to manage a small finance team.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent computer literacy, particularly in MS Office and accounting software.
