Roland’s integrated printing and cutting technology is revolutionising the label, decal, membrane switch panel and packaging industries. Create custom heat transfers for apparel, point of purchase displays and all manner of signs and outdoor graphics. Take advantage of the advanced features in VersaWorks™ RIP software including the Roland Color System for spot colour matching, Variable Data Printing, the Max Impact preset for richer colour contrast and more. For even faster production, the SOLJET PRO III XC-540 delivers rich, dense 6-colour CMYKLcLm images at an impressive maximum print speed of 41m²/hr. The XC-540 can also be configured using ECO-SOL MAX™ CMYK, white and metallic ink for creating bold white and metallic value-adding graphics for packaging comps, window graphics, POS, labels, decals and more.

      Print & Cut TransfersIn addition to cutting vinyl and other materials, the new STIKA makes an easy-to-use and cost-effective print/cut solution. Users print registration marks with their desktop printer, load the printed graphic into the cutter, send the file to the STIKA and it contour cuts the graphics. It’s perfect for creating colorful POP displays, decals, iron ons and more.

      Stika cutters handle a wide range of materials including vinyl, paint mask, reflective vinyls, twill, heat transfer, and etching material.

      CutStudioEvery STIKA ships with Roland CutStudio. This powerful design software lets you reduce, re-position, rotate, tile and mirror images. It enlarges images as crisp as original size and cuts TrueType fonts without outlining. CutStudio also supports BMP, JPG, STX, AI, and EPS file formats.The latest plugins for Adobe Illustrator (Mac and PC) and Corel Draw (PC) are also included.
